While the choices are specific to their machines, those of us who don't own one can still make limited use of it by selecting either an arbitrary machine or one close in specification. You could, of course, just directly search their knowledgebase for the code.

Blue Screen of Death on Dell with Vista
I have had my Dell Dimension C521 for about a year now. Its operation system is Vista'. About 3 month ago I had my first Blue Screen of Death and its is happening more frequently now. The error that come up states 'Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown' Additional details include the following:

What you'll need to do is either read that minidump file with the Windows Debugging tools, or at the very least turn off the automatic restart and write down all the information the BSOD presents you with. Check the Wiki for more information.
