Can someone advise me definitively and in a way I/We can understand,(because there would appear to be a lot of people with this problem)how to recover from this condition. Obviously, my affected laptop, HP Pav.dv9000,is not talking at the moment, so I need to provide the solution via another system, from here I need to know what to do next to sort problem. I can't risk loss of data etc,so can someone please help us all stop being blue?
